Lean Six Sigma: Value- and Data-Driven Management and Process Optimisation

Lean manufacturing is a production method that focuses on efficiently utilising available resources, minimising inventories, and drastically shortening order lead times. Six Sigma (6σ) is a set of principles and tools for the improvement of production processes and output quality, with the aim to ensure a virtually error-free production, management, and working style.

Lean Six Sigmacombines the best of both worlds into an integrated concept. By offering certified Lean Six Sigma online courses together with our experienced training partner, we strive to support companies in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region in making their manufacturing, supply chain, and management processes leaner and more efficient.

Lean Six Sigma is a certification course offered by Dennis Behnke, LSSMBB, and German Industry and Commerce Ltd.

Four online certification courses are available:

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Introductory Course into Principles and Methods of Six Sigma. No project report required.

• Lean Practitioner

Introductory Course into Principles and Methods of Lean Production and Value Stream Mapping and Design. No project report required. Yellow Belt required.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Intermediate Course into Six Sigma DMAIC tools with Minitab and R. Project report required. Both Yellow Belt and Lean Practitioner required.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Advanced Course into Six Sigma DMAIC tools with Minitab and R. Project report required. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required.

All courses contain a one-hour online examination, after which you will obtain a certificate issued by German Industry and Commerce Ltd.
