On 16 November 2018, Brasserie on the Eighth brings the traditional St. Martin's goose meal, one of the most popular German traditions, festivities and holidays in autumn, to Hong Kong. Highlights of the five-course wine pairing menu include the oven-roasted goose, goose liver terrine and Royal pigeon consommé. Not to be missed are the trimmings centering around the roasted goose including potato dumpling, roasted apples and red cabbage — all are prepared with respect to the tradition.
