Refund Policy
- Your booking will only be confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellation must be made in writing before the deadline of the event, and in such cases refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$50 deduction, whichever is higher.
- No refund after the booking deadline unless the event is cancelled by GCC and no-shows will be charged.
