The new Due Diligence Act passed in Germany has significant implications for supply chains worldwide, including sourcing offices and suppliers in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Understanding the law's requirements and implications for supply chain management is the first step to prepare for this complex challenge.


The hybrid seminar will feature two experienced speakers who will share their expert insights from a legal and practical standpoint, and present concrete solutions to prepare for the upcoming changes and establish future-proof systems of sustainability management in global supply chains.
