Causeway Bay, Hong Kong SAR (China)
Although restrictions are being lifted one step at a time, most oversea company subsidiaries located in Hong Kong and Mainland China have not received any quarterly nor half yearly visits from their headquarters for two years in a row. This may lead to uncertainties and a lack of trust, and in extreme cases, fraud and embezzlement.
In this hybrid seminar, Stefan Schmierer, Managing Partner at Ravenscroft & Schmierer, will be providing a guide to help companies overcome the hurdle of not being able to visit their subsidiaries and build a foundation of trust. Stefan will be sharing advice on headquarters suspicion, possible steps upon investigation, available decision-making, and how to set up internal control.
