German Due Diligence Supply Chain Law – Latest Updates and Current Enforcement

Germany's Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, effective from 1 January 2023, carries significant implications for supply chains worldwide, including sourcing offices in Hong Kong and their suppliers in Mainland China. Understanding the law and how it affects the entire supply chain management is the first step for companies in adapting to the new regulatory framework.

In this hybrid seminar, our two experienced speakers will share first-hand insights into the law, both from a legal as well as from an operational standpoint.
