This event is organised by the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber.

The landscape of work has transformed significantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As we transition into the post-COVID era, employers are facing the dual challenge of adopting hybrid working models while prioritising employee well-being. Additionally, the scarcity in the labour market is introducing new complexities to workforce management.

This webinar aims to provide insights into how employers can navigate these challenges by turning them into opportunities and reimagining our policies.

For AXA Belgium, this transformation has resulted in an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that helps them to become more attractive in this evolving landscape.

In addition to more traditional elements such as comprehensive rewards and mobility taking into account the climate challenges, this EVP also consists of a flexible hybrid working policy alongside a well-being programme that prioritises both the mental and physical health of the employees. Els Jans, Chief People Officer, AXA Belgium, will place emphasis on these latest elements.
