In this workshop, participants will gain insights on how to use the latest advancements in Near-Field-Communication (NFC), the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help companies fight counterfeits, parallel trading and other product crimes, whilst also allowing brand owners and retailers to deliver exciting, relevant marketing campaigns.
Participants will get a complimentary copy of the e-Book "Protect Your Brand From Major Product Crime". This eBook aims to provide the reader with a comprehensive understanding of what different product crimes are out there, and how you can protect your products, and your reputation from them. Here we outline all of the major threats to modern ecommerce, for example counterfeiting and parallel trading, which can have some disastrous impacts of your intellectual property. For each of the major product crimes that we outline in this book we have given case studies of issues created by a lack of brand protection, and also physical and computer-based methods that could have prevented such economic and reputable losses. By putting this information into context, we hope you can understand the extent these crimes.
