According to Zoom, more than a billion minutes were collectively spent in virtual meetings last year. For some of us it feels like we personally spent a billion minutes in meetings.

Just because people are all online and in meetings does not mean they are connected. Forty-two percent of people say they dial in to meetings and contribute nothing and another 27% say online meetings are actively decreasing productivity. This lack of productivity is expensive, it has a real impact on the bottom line and leads to further feelings of isolation for staff. What can leaders do to reinstate the natural human connection necessary to working together well and to achieve results?

Leaders need to create and manage Virtual Proximity - the closeness and human connection to manage and grow great organizations from a distance. In this first conversation about CCC we examine what individuals within our organization should be doing to manage and thrive with the way things are.

While the world is still reeling from the pandemic, we cannot go back to 'business as usual' (even if we could identify what that is!) Because of this, the chaos of the world as it is, the complexity of the current business reality has placed us in a constant battle to be and deliver at our best.

Join us for a dynamic conversation with leaders about what we can do to master Virtual Proximity – the single most significant leadership competency of today.
