Will 2023 be the "Year of China"? While China's zero-covid policy may have been lifted, the economic perspective remains unclear. Household and enterprise balance sheets, market confidence, and the property sector pose significant challenges during the economic recovery in the post-pandemic era.

To gain deeper insights into the developments of the Chinese economy, the Dutch Chamber Finance Committee has invited two economists to share their outlook on the year ahead: Louis Kuijs of S&P Global Ratings and Jing Liu of HSBC. They will provide updates on the latest trends and discuss the main drivers and obstacles behind the economic recovery. Additionally, they will explore the potential impact on Hong Kong.

It promises to be a highly insightful session, so reserve your tickets now!

Remarks: Seats are limited. Booking priority to members on a first-come, first-served basis.
