As the world recovers from the pandemic, it is becoming increasingly evident that the future of work and leadership has changed forever. Companies are more than ever in need of adaptive and resilient process management structures, in order to be able to respond to challenges in the global business environment and mitigate risks – be it market volatility, inflation, geopolitical uncertainty, or other unforeseen factors.

This is where the agile approach can make a difference. Originally conceptualised as a toolbox for project management in the software development industry, agile principles can be applied just as effectively in various team constellations across industries and sectors. Together with our partner PROAKTIV® Management Asia, we accompany your small or medium-sized business on the journey from fragile to agile.

Join our full two-day programme for answers to questions such as:

  • What is Agile?
  • How does it work?
  • Would it work for me / my company?

This programme will help participants gain a fundamental understanding of the principles and methodologies of Agile, and help them decide whether to apply Agile as a project management tool ("hard agile"), utilise the Agile approach in the way they lead their teams and/or companies ("soft agile") or both going forward.

Language: English

Participation is limited to a maximum of 20 persons per each course.
