The German Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong is pleased to offer its members a unique opportunity to engage with Dr. Martin Brudermüller, CEO of BASF SE.
For many years a resident of Hong Kong and profoundly knowledgeable about the city and the region, Dr. Brudermüller heads one of the biggest foreign investors in mainland China. BASF SE, which recently began construction on its €10 billion new Verbund Site China in Zhanjiang, is one of the leading advocates for continuing engagement with and within China.
Dr. Brudermüller will give a brief overview on Hong Kong's prospects in today's complex geopolitical and economic environment against the backdrop of BASF's activities in the region, followed by a Q&A.
This event will be conducted in English language under the Chatham House Rule.
