Brasserie on the Eighth teams up with Bachmair Wines once again to celebrate the peak of the German white asparagus season.

Premium white spears are meticulously paired with exquisite German and Austrian fine wines handpicked by hotel sommelier in the six-course set dinner menu for the ultimate springtime indulgence.
