The current health precautions have employers adopting work-from-home, remote work, and staggered work hours. In a city that values convenient transport, ease for getting together, and being present in the office, the sudden change to work practices has brought about its own concerns.

In this interactive webinar, we'll explore the common challenges for teams working remotely and look at ways to put virtual management and team building into practice immediately. We'll discuss what team leaders need to consider to ensure your people CAN work from home, and do so efficiently and effectively. In addition, we'll have interactive practice for coaching and managing team members remotely.

  • Understand how to implement best practices for remote management and team building
  • Identify needs and rules for working from home and flexible work arrangements
  • Develop a strategy to ensure optimal efficiency from remote team members
  • Practice skills for helping team members to improve their virtual work capabilities.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

  • People managers and regional team leaders with team members in disparate locations.
