The business world has seen rapid transformation in recent years, particularly with regards to the digitalisation and decentralisation of work. To keep a competitive edge in an increasingly digital global business environment, corporate decision-makers across all industries and sectors need to be able to continuously adapt their management and operational processes to the evolving needs of customers and staff alike.

In view of this trend, Hannes Farlock, Delegate and Chief Representative of German Industry and Commerce, will talk on how this changes the role of leadership in organisations, and how agile principles can help teams and companies become more efficient, innovative, and resilient to change. Hannes is an experienced speaker and moderator at international conferences. He has been spearheading digital transformation and agile management processes at several AHK offices as well as for corporate clients in various industries.
