This event is organised by the German Chamber of Commerce in China
On June 11, 2021, the new German Supply Chain Due Diligence Law was adopted by the German Parliament. The law creates a framework for social and environmental due diligence along the supply chain and new obligations for companies and their suppliers arise out of it. We will have a closer look at the scope of the law and what companies need to do, including those directly affected by the law and also those indirectly affected by it.
