Event Details

People have different values and their own way of thinking and feeling, which influences how they behave and communicate at work and in life. All personalities have their own strengths, blind spots, speech patterns, and areas to develop. It's essential for organisations and leaders to understand the motivations of their people in order to help them communicate more effectively, contribute towards their goals and succeed together.

In this workshop we will explore the Enneagram, a personality model that researches the deeper motivations behind people's behaviours, including values, speech patterns, blind spots, core fears and much more. This model can help leaders and coaches bring out the best in themselves and everyone around them.

Participants will be able to reflect on themselves as people and as leaders, and gain deeper insights and awareness of the way they behave and communicate. This will enable attendees to cultivate their emotional intelligence, better understand how their team members work, and learn how to create better conditions for motivation, sustain a strong team and healthy work environment.

Objectives

Understand, from a leader's perspective, the three energy centres – heart, mind, and action – and how they impact at work;
Understand the nine Enneagram personality types and their impact on the way you behave, communicate with team members, make decisions;
Understand how team members work based on the Enneagram approach and how to adjust to their personalities and behaviour;
Identify where you focus most of your attention at work;
Discover why the Enneagram stands apart from other personality tools.

Anyone who works in a team, including team members, leaders and managers

Remarks:

Preparatory work will be assigned. Participants are required to complete all assigned activities (article and introductory videos)prior to the workshop. The estimated time required for preparatory work will be around 60-90 minutes.

A recognised authority in coaching, Murielle is accredited Master Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF MCC), a level of accreditation which represents 1% of ICF coaches in Asia continent, and 3% worldwide.

She is also accredited Enneagram Professional by the International Enneagram Association (IEA Accredited Professional). She is a Presenter at 2023 Global Enneagram Conference in San Francisco (USA) next July.

She is also a certified cross-cultural coach, certified ICF mentor coach, certified team coach (MGSCC), and she is in progress to become an ICF PCC Marker Assessor and a certified mindfulness teacher.

She serves as Member Board of Directors at ICF Hong Kong Chapter and served at various boards.
