Reinventing itself to become a highly appealing location for foreign investment, the Greater Bay Area (GBA) is all about interconnectivity – among the two Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, and the nine municipalities of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing in Guangdong Province. There is undoubtedly a huge potential for transport and industrial companies to grow in the GBA and Hong Kong, being a global logistics hub, can play a pivotal role in their expansion strategy.
Mr. Stephen Phillips, Director-General of Invest Hong Kong will give an overview about what is next for the GBA. Mr. Benjamin Wong, Head of Transport and Industrial will address some of the unique opportunities for transport and industrial sector in the GBA, and how Hong Kong can assist German investors in optimising their investments.
