Train with German Standard

Skilled trainers build competent, motivated, and confident employees. By investing in trainer development, you invest in the long-term success of your organisation. The AdA International programme (short for "Ausbildung der Ausbilder", German for Train-the-Trainer) equips your staff with essential tools to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality vocational training.

This internationally recognised qualification is now available in Hong Kong, delivered in English, and tailored to the needs of busy professionals.

Who is it for?

The AdA International course is relevant for:

  • Companies committed to in-house talent development
  • Firms involved in Dual System Professional Training (DSPT) in Hong Kong
  • Any organisation seeking to improve training quality and trainer confidence

In Germany, companies offering vocational training are legally required to have AdA-certified trainers. This course helps your company align with German training standards — right here in Hong Kong.

Why AdA International – and Why Train Your Trainers?

Investing in your trainers means investing in your entire organisation. Here's why the AdA International certificate makes a difference:

  • A well-prepared trainer can pass on knowledge and skills effectively to many others — multiplying your internal expertise.
  • AdA equips trainers to plan, deliver, and evaluate training sessions in line with recognised vocational standards.
  • In Germany, AdA is legally required for all vocational trainers. AdA International adapts these standards for global use — in English.
  • Trainers gain both didactic tools and a clear understanding of their role, enabling them to guide and support learners more effectively.
  • For participants in the Dual System Professional Training in Hong Kong, AdA helps align with German requirements and strengthens training credibility.
  • Graduates receive a certificate issued by GIC and DIHK – valued by employers and institutions around the world.
