Understanding (Lean) Six Sigma

The term Six Sigma indicates not only a quality and process performance standard for a virtually error-free production, but also a management system and working style. By integrating Lean Management principles and tools, Lean Six Sigma has arguably become the most renowned process improvement framework used by managers and engineers around the globe.

The Lean Six Sigma toolbox provides a set of state-of-the art analytical and statistical methods that allow a truly data- and value-driven management, based on scientific thinking, experimenting, and reasoning.

In this online seminar, Mr. Dennis Behnke, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, will explain the Lean Six Sigma concept and toolbox, and introduce the Lean Six Sigma online certification programme in partnership with German Industry and Commerce in Hong Kong.
