Women's Health Workshop & Brunch: Pelvic Health – A Woman's Journey

This event is organised by the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber.

Eléonore Boonen, a Belgian physiotherapist living and practicing in Hong Kong, is passionate about women's health. She is also a yoga teacher and has completed several postgraduate courses related to pre- and postnatal physiotherapy, pelvic floor, and abdominal rehabilitation in France, the UK, and Spain.

In this workshop, Eléonore will provide valuable advice to help women take care of their bodies at every stage of their lives. You can expect expert guidance on:

• Understanding the women's body from an anatomical and medical point of view
• Common pelvic floor issues addressed with evidence-based solutions
• Lifestyle factors affecting pelvic health, along with tips for maintaining a healthy pelvic floor and overall well-being
• Practical exercises and rehabilitation techniques for pelvic floor strength and recovery
• Pregnancy and postnatal care: Learn how to maintain pelvic health before, during and after pregnancy
• Menopause and hormonal changes: discover strategies to manage pelvic health during menopause.
